Fall Season

I hope everyone is excited about the fall season. Please try and schedule hitting lessons or sign up for our new circuit training program. Most of our Elite players were part of this program last season and you know how their hitting the ball. So this program is highly recommended for those who are serious about improving in batting.

Of course we had to make roster changes for the new season but this could be temporary for some players. The KMB constantly evaluate players throughout the season so no roster is locked. Some players will be bouncing team to team to give our program the edge in major tournaments. I will send emails out about practice location and times. Also summer camps have come to a end due to week long tournaments. I will see some of you this week.

Tryouts

Remember tryouts will be this weekend at suntree. We are looking to field 11's, 12's, 13's, and 16's.. If you are looking to make our 13 Gold team you should come out. I know some of you havn't been doing your batting or pitching because of allstars. The KMB will try to field the best teams for tournaments so our hitting and pitching should be an example of our program when we play against our competiton. So please consider that option. We are pumped about the fall season so come out and be part of our family.

Practice Friday

I want to say that im proud of the guys who have been putting in the time to improve their skills on the field.We will continue to get better with all the training we put forth on the field. Practice tomorrow for the 13's will be at Suntree around 6pm. Our 10's and 12's will practice tomorrow at the KMB facility Training Days off of Barnes and US 1, 222 Yellow Place Rockledge FL. 32955.

Next Week's Camp

I have decided to change next week's camp from a baserunning camp to an All skills camp. This is partly as its been so hot, running all day will be no fun, and partly as covering all skills is so useful and I have seen such great improvement from the camp attendees I want to keep going with this !!

Coach Ritchie Lewis and Mike Neal will lead  our newly formed 16u club.

Practice time

 Just a reminder our 10's and 12's will practice at Suntree tomorrow around 5:30pm to 7pm. 16U will stretch and throw at 6:30pm. The 13's will practice at the KMB practice facility (Training Days)222  Yellow Place, Rockledge Fl. 32955.

Good luck to the KMB all stars today that are still in the tournament.  I hear there are a few good match ups today. Remember what you have been taught and compete. See you guys at practice later on in the week.

HARD WORKERS

I have decided to have a hard worker of the month award. These guys are the ones who show up to all practices, batting lessons, camps and tournaments. If your name is announced you will recieve a HARD HITTING MITCH  T- shirt courtesy of the KMB. Here are some of the guys that are recongnized Sebastian Samuels, Micheal Hall, Clayton Stanley, Brett Losee, Jordan Carraway, Jacob Caceres, Kyle Decenzo, Shane Whitaker, Garrett Krauss, Adrian Guerra, Cameron Combs, Austin Nickle.. If i left anyone out that you believe should be part of the Hard Hitting crew give me a shout.

Tryouts!!!

We have tryouts July 23rd and 24th at Suntree Elementary fields 10am to 12pm for 12 and under. 1pm to 3pm for 16 and under. We are excited to fill our rosters for the program. KMB is looking to field a solid gold team for the 14u div. so if you feel that you belong on the gold please come out. We have 2 available roster spots for the Elite team Pitcher and Shortstop. We are also looking to improve our 13u for next fall. Positions needed ( Commitment ). I hope we understand that if you want to play travel ball there is some commitment involved.

Hitting Camp July 12th, 13th,14th

Don't forget the KMB has a hitting camp for the 10's and 12's this week for $60. We will start at 10am and finish around 1pm. This will be good for some of you that are playing allstars.  Location: Suntree elementary fields off of Jordan Blass..

Practice

Don't forget the 10's and 12's practice this friday at 5:30pm to 7:30pm in Suntree.  13's will  hit and get pitching work in at the KMB training facility.. The harder we train will seperate us from the rest. I hope everyone is enjoying their time off and good luck in allstars.

Disney Tournament

KMB Elite went 7-2 in the AAU Nationals Disney Tournament. They moved on to the semi finals after beating Chet Lemons Juice  5 to 3.. What a game !!! All together there were 36 teams from different states competing for the #1 spot and we finished in the top 3. Lets keep working hard and stay humble.
